share your wisdom: how it works
For millennia, women have shared their stories, guidance, and wisdom. We continue this tradition and invite women from around the world to contribute their voices.
Here’s how it works:
Step One. Think back to a time when your life shifted. When you navigated a significant transition and could have used the voices of other women who had experienced something similar to help guide you through.
Step Two. Write a letter to your past self, offering the insight, reassurance, or lessons you wish you’d received. Keep it personal, authentic, and entirely your own. 750 words max. You may also include a voice recording or video alongside your letter.
Step Three. Your submission joins a global circle of women, offering support and inspiration to others facing similar transitions, while giving you clarity, healing, and connection.
DISCLAIMER: Writing and sharing may bring up personal emotions or difficult memories. Please approach this process with care, and only share when you feel ready. Seeking professional support, such as from a coach or therapist, can be helpful during this process. If you need immediate support, findahelpline.com offers a directory of free, confidential helplines and hotlines by country.
